Biggest waste of your time: Running... No matter how much I do of it, it never gets any easier for me!
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why: anywhere that involves white sand and salt water. I go a little crazy when I'm a way from the ocean!
Favorite Celebrity: I wouldn't really say I have a favourite.. Depends on the latest series in binge watching!
Something people don't know about you:
Any quirky or superstitious things you do prior to a race: before every race, I'll set up my bike in transition than put my headphones on under my hoodie and sleep for around 45mins in front of my bike! What better way to clear the head!
Which is your favourite 4 legged creature and why: Kate crawling over the IM WA finish line in 2010. Does that count? Haha to me it's a reminder that I know I can always push a little harder as I haven't quite ended up in that stage just yet... But I'm sure one day soon she'll push me hard enough that I do haha
Who or What in triathlon inspire you: watching Dad race. Who decides to take up ironman in there 50s following numerous knee reconstructions?! No better inspiration for me than seeing him out there and meeting him at the finish line.
Favorite song: forever changing but can't go past some good old country music!

What does a perfect day look like to you: waking up in a tent, relaxing on a beach all day before watching the sunset over the ocean with my guitar 👌
