Private 1-1 Session

Private one to one sessions can be booked for athletes wishing to have some individual coaching input, without necessarily looking for a full programme. 
Theses sessions cover but are not limited to:
Swimming Sessions: stroke correction, technique and training methods.
Bike Sessions: technique, pedalling action, training methods & power utilisation.
Run Sessions: biomechanics, running volume, training methods and the use of heart rate.
Nutrition and Strength (general overview) *we are not S&C coaches or Nutritionists. We speak from personal experience in these departments. 
 
Each discipline takes roughly 2 hours to cover!
Depending on time available we can cover a single sport or all 3 disciplines.
